Chocolate Peanut Butter Superfood Balls
Over the last few months I’ve been making these Chocolate Peanut Butter Superfood Balls on repeat. They are so good! They are quick and easy to make, with simple ingredients. And these superfood protein balls contain an organic chocolate superfood mix that tastes even better than cocoa powder. Yes- you heard that right. Healthy ingredients and superfood mixes CAN taste good!

I first combine the oats, flaxseed, and chocolate superfood mix. Then I stir in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. The key to this recipe is to make sure all the ingredients are evenly combined. You’ll need the right consistency when rolling them into balls. I roll them into 1 inch balls and get about 20 total with each batch. You can play around with it, depending on the size and quantity you want.
A lot of similar recipes call for cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder, but I decided to use my Chocolate Lover mix from Your Super. This organic superfood mix is packed with nutrients, containing only 5 ingredients:
- Cacao
- Carob
- Coconut
- Chia seeds
- Lucuma
I’ve made these with cocoa powder and I truly think the superfood mix tastes better. Your Super makes other mixes that I use in my smoothies and I’ve really liked their products. Their site gives a lot of good information about superfoods and the benefits. You can use discount code TAKEITFROMJESS to receive 15% off any order!
The whole family, including my kids, love these superfood protein balls. I usually make a double batch every couple of weeks because they go so quickly. Perfect for a quick snack during the day! We keep them stored in the fridge, but you can freeze them too. Let me know what you think!
