Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jar pasta sauce (I use Raos Marinara)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. Brown and crumble turkey in a skillet on medium heat. Usually takes 7-8 minutes.
  2. While turkey is cooking, spiralize zucchini and remove excess water with paper towel.
  3. Heat a separate skillet on medium. Add olive oil and zucchini noodles (zoodles). Toss and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. When turkey is finished, mix in the jar of pasta sauce.
  5. Separate zoodles into portions. Add meat sauce. Top with parmesan cheese if desired.
