Turkey Spaghetti Zoodles
Turkey Spaghetti Zoodles is a healthy and delicious twist on classic spaghetti. Made with ground turkey, fresh zucchini noodles, and your favorite marinara sauce, it’s a light and flavorful meal that’s perfect for weeknights. Top with Parmesan cheese for an extra layer of deliciousness!
Turkey Spaghetti Zoodles
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 medium zucchini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 jar pasta sauce (I use Raos Marinara)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
- Brown and crumble turkey in a skillet on medium heat. Usually takes 7-8 minutes.
- While turkey is cooking, spiralize zucchini and remove excess water with paper towel.
- Heat a separate skillet on medium. Add olive oil and zucchini noodles (zoodles). Toss and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- When turkey is finished, mix in the jar of pasta sauce.
- Separate zoodles into portions. Add meat sauce. Top with parmesan cheese if desired.
