Ingredients

  • 14-16oz sirloin steak strips
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/3 red onion sliced
  • 6 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Place steak strips in large ziploc baggie with Worcestershire sauce and refrigerate for one hour. If you don’t have time for this- just add the sauce when cooking the steak.
  2. Heat large skillet on medium heat. Add olive oil and steak strips. Cook steak on one side for 2-3 minutes. Flip and continue cooking 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add red onion to skillet and mix well with steak. Lower heat and cook another 2 minutes or until steak and onion are done.
  4. Separate steak and onion evenly among the 6 pieces of lettuce.
  5. Add shredded cheese to each lettuce wrap.
