Chop cauliflower into pieces. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook in air fryer at 380 degrees for 8 minutes, adding in bacon pieces halfway through. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Air Fryer Cauliflower with Cheese and Bacon
- 1 cauliflower head
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Remove the leaves and stems from the cauliflower.
- Chop or break apart the small florets.
- Coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
