Easy Tuna Casserole
Ingredients
- 12oz extra broad egg noodles (farfalle is another good pasta to use)
- 10.5oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 12oz can solid water albacore tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Boil 6 cups water in medium pot.
- Cook egg noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes or until tender.
- Drain noodles and return to pot. Add cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir well.
- Add tuna to noodle mixture, breaking apart any big pieces.
- Sprinkle in salt and pepper. Add shredded cheese and mix well.
- Let sit a couple minutes to thicken. Serve and top with more cheese if desired.
