Ingredients

  • 12oz extra broad egg noodles (farfalle is another good pasta to use)
  • 10.5oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 12oz can solid water albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Boil 6 cups water in medium pot.
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain noodles and return to pot. Add cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir well.
  4. Add tuna to noodle mixture, breaking apart any big pieces.
  5. Sprinkle in salt and pepper. Add shredded cheese and mix well.
  6. Let sit a couple minutes to thicken. Serve and top with more cheese if desired.
