Healthy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp peanut butter, crunchy or creamy
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash bananas in a medium bowl.
- Add oats to bowl and mix together.
- Add in peanut butter and make sure all ingredients are well combined.
- Scoop mixture onto sheet pan, making approximately 8 cookies.
- Bake in oven for 14 minutes. Let cool before serving.
- Keep in fridge for 3-4 days or freeze and enjoy later.
