Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, crunchy or creamy

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mash bananas in a medium bowl.
  3. Add oats to bowl and mix together.
  4. Add in peanut butter and make sure all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Scoop mixture onto sheet pan, making approximately 8 cookies.
  6. Bake in oven for 14 minutes. Let cool before serving.
  7. Keep in fridge for 3-4 days or freeze and enjoy later.
