Whether you want a quick exercise, or a boost to your workout, these quick 10-minute workouts are perfect! I’ve broken down the workouts into five sections: full body, arms, legs, abs, and cardio.
Do each exercise for 50 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. Complete all 10 exercises and you’re done!
