Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning

Directions

  1. Combine oats, milk and egg whites in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Heat in microwave for 1 minute. Stir.
  3. Heat for 30 seconds. Stir.
  4. Heat for 20 seconds. Stir.
  5. Let oatmeal sit for 1 minute. Add sliced avocado on top. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning.
